Frequently Asked Questions about Outsourcing Graphic Design Services

Learn more about our process and what it takes to deliver exceptional results for agencies.

White label graphic design lets your agency sell design work under its own brand while a partner team creates it behind the scenes. White Label Partner delivers the concepts, revisions and final files, while your agency controls pricing, client communication and approvals. You can resell design as a standalone service or bundle it with marketing, web or social packages, making it simple to act as a graphic design reseller.

It works in three steps: brief, design and delivery. First, you share the client's brief, brand assets and copy. WLP then creates the design concepts for your review and refines them based on your consolidated feedback. Once approved, we deliver the final files in the formats you need, ready to send to your client under your agency's name.

No. In a white label setup, your clients only see your agency, and that is how Whitelabel Partner works by default. Files carry no trace of our name, and we never contact your clients directly. If your agency prefers, our team can join client meetings as part of your team, or you can choose to introduce us yourself. The decision is always yours.

Outsourced graphic design gives your agency a full creative team without the cost of recruiting, training and managing staff. Because WLP handles design work in bulk for many agencies, our team is staffed to match that volume, so your projects keep moving on schedule. Unlike a single freelancer, work is never delayed because one person is busy, unavailable or overloaded. Book a meeting to see how our design team can support your agency.

We offer a full range of graphic design services for agencies, including logo and brand identity design, social media graphics and ad creatives, motion graphics design, brochures, flyers and print collateral, eBooks, PDF layouts and presentations, infographics and visual explainers, packaging and label design, email headers and newsletter design, and UI/UX design. Contact us to discuss your client's next design project.

Yes. Our logo design services cover original concepts and final logo variations, while our brand identity services build the full visual system around it: colour palette, typography, imagery style and usage guidelines. These visual identity design services give your client a consistent look across every touchpoint. Trademark searches and legal registration remain the client's responsibility.

Yes. Our branding design services include packaging and label artwork for product-based clients. Your client or manufacturer supplies the dieline, dimensions, barcode, mandatory copy and print specifications. We create the artwork and realistic mockups, while the client stays responsible for product claims, warnings and regulatory approval.

Yes. Our social media design services cover feed posts, carousels, Stories, covers and thumbnails, all matched to the client's existing brand. For paid campaigns, our advertising design services produce static ads, display banners and multiple size variations for Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other platforms. Every design follows each platform's dimensions and ad specifications.

Yes. Our brochure design services also cover flyers, posters, inserts, business cards and stationery. You supply the approved copy, dimensions and your printer's requirements, and we deliver print-ready files with the correct bleed, colour profile and resolution. Physical printing and delivery are not included.

Yes. Our marketing design services turn approved content into branded eBooks, PDF guides and lead magnets with covers, page layouts, icons, charts and calls to action. Our presentation design services also cover pitch decks and sales presentations. Your agency or client supplies the final copy, and we handle the layout and visual design.

Yes. Our UI UX design services include wireframes, user flows, interface designs, responsive layouts and clickable prototypes. UX plans how users move through a website or app, while UI shapes what they see and interact with. Development and coding are separate unless included in the project scope.

Turnaround depends on the size and complexity of the project. Standard designs such as social media graphics and banners usually take 2 to 3 business days. Complex or multi-page projects, such as logos, brand identities, packaging, eBooks and UI/UX designs, can take 7 business days or more. Once we receive a complete brief, we confirm a clear delivery date before work starts. Contact us with your deadline, and we will confirm the timeline.

Small changes, such as adjusting colours, text, layout or images, are included for up to 2 to 3 rounds at no extra cost. If the client dislikes the first concept, we use your feedback to refine it within those rounds. However, if the client asks for a completely new design from scratch after the work is finished, it is treated as a new request and charged separately.

You receive files suited to how each design will be used. Digital designs come as PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF, while print designs come as high-resolution, print-ready PDFs with bleed and the correct colour profile. Editable source files such as AI, PSD or Figma can be included when agreed in the project scope.

Yes. We work in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, as well as Figma and Canva. If your agency or client prefers to edit designs themselves, we can deliver editable Canva templates or Figma files instead of Adobe source files. Tell us your preferred tool in the brief, and we will design in it.

Your agency or client owns the final approved designs once the project is paid for. You are free to use, edit and resell them under your own brand. Some stock images or fonts may carry their own licence terms, which we flag before using them in a design.

Yes. Once the work is paid for, the designs belong to your agency or client, so you can feature them in your portfolio under your own brand, with your client's permission. White Label Partner does not publicly share the work we create for your clients.

Every design is created by our human designers. AI tools may support tasks such as research or early ideas, but final concepts, layouts and brand work are crafted and checked by our team. We never deliver unedited AI-generated designs or copy other brands' work.

Both. You can send us a single design request with no minimum order, or set up ongoing support for regular design needs. For agencies with steady volume, we can assign a dedicated graphic designer who learns your clients' brands and becomes an extension of your team. Book a meeting to set up ongoing design support for your agency.

Our white label graphic design services are priced at wholesale rates built for agencies, not end clients. We know you add your own margin, so our pricing leaves room for profit on every project you resell. Rates depend on the design type, complexity and volume, and agencies sending more work get better rates. Book a meeting with our team to get your wholesale pricing.

A strong design brief helps us get it right the first time. Include the type of design and where it will be used, sizes or platform requirements, the final copy, brand assets such as logo, colours, fonts and guidelines, reference designs the client likes or dislikes, the target audience and the deadline. Ready to start? Contact us and send your first brief.

Yes. Our white label branding services can modernise an outdated logo, refresh a brand's colours and typography, or rebuild a full visual identity. We keep the elements the client wants to protect so their audience still recognises the brand. A refresh is often quicker and more affordable than starting a brand from scratch.
